We wanted to stay somewhere that was clean and convenient. At the end of the day we wanted somewhere to go that was not a casino and did not smell of smoke. The location was very convenient .It was right across the street from the Outlet mall, close to Silverton Casino (which has a wonderful buffet) and right down the street from the airport car rental facility. The customer service was excellent, The free breakfast was pretty good. The hotel and rooms were not fancy at all , but a good value for the money. The room even had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker., We did not use the pool or exercise room but would have if we had more time. I would stay at this hotel again. A special thanks to desk clerk ABC and drivers ABC and XYZ -your great customer service made this a wonderful experience for us.

This is supposed to be an "upscale Microtel". Dark room. Cheap furniture. Noisy air conditioner. Water in sink would not get hot. "Breakfast buffet" was a joke. Will not stay at another Microtel.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly, breakfast very good. Only issue we had was that at 5am we could hear our neighbors in the room next to us talking to the extent we could almost follow the conversation. Walls are not properly insulated. We are both light sleepers which makes this an issue for us so we would not stay here again. For the money, though it is a good value. And just FYI we stayed at Mandalay Bay for the following 3 nights and had all kinds of issues with our room there so it just goes to show, you never know what you might have to put up with.

12/04/2009C at the front desk did an outstanding job. she treated us like family. we loved the breakfast :) and had a great time at the pool and excercise room.

This hotel is a big surprise. For the money it is one of the best buys in Las Vegas. It is close to the strip and airport. The rooms a clean, modern and well maintained. Flat screen TV, excellant breakfast, and good staff. It is a lot better than walking through those smoke filled lobbys of the big hotels down town and a much better deal. It is a diamond compared to rest.
