We got a great deal on a room during Thanksgiving weekend. My family of four needed a room for one night as we took a break from driving. Clean rooms, friendly customer service, and the continental breakfast was perfect for a quick morning bite. There is a Huddle House right next door that we patroned that evening. They also have great customer service and good food. We would certainly try booking here again on our next visit north.

We booked through Travelocity a week in advance. When I discovered that we had been given a handicap room I asked them why. The clerk told me that when she got in that day all of the other rooms had been booked. It was the only one left. I'm a small person and the tub / shower was very crowded with all of the handicap bars. It would have helped if the shower curtain bar was curved. In spite of booking in advance, I felt like we got the left-over; room because we paid a discounted rate. If I got a discounted rate again, I would call ahead to make sure we were getting an acceptable room.

This motel was excellent. Had many amenties and was very clean. The employees were all very professional, but warm in their dealings with the guest. The continental breakfases were served in a clean enviorment and was very adequate. I appreciated the ability to confirm my flight and print the boarding pass on the computer they made available to the guests. I didn't get a chance to use the exercise room as much as I desired due to the lack of time, but it had the type equipment I'm use to using. I would use this motel again when traveling to Beckley, WV over any of the others. Please give the staff my thanks and gratitude for a joy well done.
