This was our first time staying in this Microtel and definitely our last. We arrived to our supposedly non-smoking room to find a tiny room that reeked of cigarette smoke and chemical air freshener. When I complained upon check-in, the staff member refused to move our room. I complained the next day to the manager and he offered no apologies or alternatives to the room. Upon a longer stay in the hotel, we realized that there were parts of the room that hadn't been cleaned in ages. There was thick dust covering the light fixture above our bed, for example. The only good part of the hotel was the hot tub, which was average. I would warn anyone not to stay here ever.

me and my husband stayd here in sept.2010. i was very happy with every thing the room was very clean a lil small but was just fine for the two of us. the staff well not my type of people but they were very nice and seemed to care. would stay agian for sure!

The room was a little small but the furnishings were very modern and nice. The staff was friendly and all in all for a $* rate per evening, the room was great. The breakfast needs a litlle more attention to detail and they should add something like waffles or pancakes, french toast sticks etc..I would stay again.

I had checked in at 7am,very tired and needing sleep. At noon the hotel phone rings telling me I need to leave. The front desk person never said anything about checking out at noon that same day. I had been there for 5 hours and only got about 2 hours of sleep. The person that called me hung up on me,and when i went to the front desk to discuss the matter the guy was so rude and willing to do nothing to help me. So i payed almost $70 to stay in a hotel for 5 hours. This is the worst business I have ever seen. I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone. Not to mention there were bugs on our floor. This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had!
