Very Thin Walls- Shower broken-dripped all night, had to close door to sleep, told staff wasnt fixed, I wasnt moved Checked into a room with dirty bathroom- informed staff who apologized but didnt fix till next day It was just a cheap motel, not bad not good, fit the price I paid just fine

This is has to be the worst motel in the city of San Antonio, Texas. The rooms stink, and the clerk *** is a very rude person!! Do not stay here if at all possible, this place is the pits!! If you must stay here look at the room before paying out your hard earned money. The place is a pigsty! Do not go near this place. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

The room they gave us was a smoking room. I had to buy scented candles and lysol to get the smell out but it was hopeless. The carpet was stained and there was a burn on the carpet the shape of an iron. The shower head went everywhere except on you. The walls were VERY thin and you could hear everything in the surrounding rooms. The pool was barely larger than a bathtub. The stairwell was stinky and the breakfast was nasty with rotten apples they thought someone would actually eat!!! Coffee was even awfull! UGH!!! The bed was too soft.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job at keeping our room clean. Bed and room was cleaned every morning. I was pleased. But the hotel was literally in the middle of no where, we had to drive a distance to just eat out. The room needs to be updated though. Overall, the stay was okay.. but never staying there again.

Staff - Double Charged my Card and then After I had problems with my first room, wanted to charge me to move to another room Room - Recently repainted, but small, no countertops, so your ditty bag has to sit on the toilet lid, if you need to remove paint, just haul your piece into the shower, . Noise- Not sure if the Interstate, the trains, or the party music was the worst, but at 3 AM when it finally quieted down some, hearing the guy snore in the next room through the walls, WOW Internet - Yes they do have wireless Internet, in the second room, the service it was fine, in the first room, you could not stay online, impossible to dialin and check your email. Location - It is not too far from the airport and it is right next to Brooks Army medical Center, if you have a sick relative, this might be an option for you. Bottom Line - Unless you need cheap, spend 20 or 30 more bucks and get a room you can be comfy in.
