  Would have rated 3.5 stars but very disappointed in 2 things important to me. First internet service is awful. Need it for business & this hotels internet service is one of the worst I have experienced. Wireless signal is weak & intermittent at best, at worst went out for hours & maintenance had to be sent to fix. Second, workout room & equipment is a joke. Now I know why they do not provide a picture of it when promoting the hotel.

  Nice hotel with a helpful staff. we were there over the labor day weekend ,and found it very hot by the pool patio ,and bar area. the mgt. need to ...

  nice hotel with a helpful staff. we were there over the labor day weekend ,and found it very hot by the pool patio ,and bar area. the mgt. need to install a mister system . when it's over 105 degrees it 's hard to spend much time & money near the pool .

  This place is so awesome. i live in phoenix area and had no clue it existed! it's on beautiful camelback lake and the views are breathtaking...you will feel ...

  THIS PLACE IS SO AWESOME. I LIVE IN PHOENIX AREA AND HAD NO CLUE IT EXISTED! IT'S ON BEAUTIFUL CAMELBACK LAKE AND THE VIEWS ARE BREATHTAKING...YOU WILL FEEL LIKE YOU ARE TOTALLY SOMEWHERE ELSE !

• A good place to stay

  This was a good place to stay. nothing exceptional, but no complaints either. staff members were friendly and helpful. bed was comfortable. golf courses were pretty good.

• Wonderful Surprise Resort

  WE stayed here for 3 nights in April and found it to be wonderful. The location was convenient, the beds and pillows were the best of any resort I have stayed in, the air conditioning unit was perfect, the balconies provided a sliding door for outdoor air and a talbe and chairs to enjoy a bit of the outdoors. The lake made it seem quaint and gave kids a place to canoe or watch ducks ( a novelty to have a lake in az). The pool was great, the cabana food and drink bar convenient. The lounge chairs were heavily padded and comfortable. There were umbrellas located conveniently for sun relief. We had a package that included food so our room was amazingly cheap. So much comfort ...I felt truly pampered. The only complaint I had were some dirty rugs etc that they could easily clean! I would definitiely return and I am a pretty picky travler!
