Cant say enough about the excellence of the service of all members of the staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff. I got the feeling any member of the staff would drop dead of embarrassment on the spot if you were disappointed with the service. The location is also fabulous, right on the Riverwalk were you want to be if this is a leisure trip. The rest of the amenities were standard for this class of hotel. The out of the way corners of the room could have be dusted a little better but I'm nit picking a bit here. Great weekend away.

I am glad that we booked this hotel for our trip to San Antonio. The hotel room is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The bathroom has separate shower, toilet with a door and a huge jet tube. Plenty of counter space and a huge vanity mirrior that is enough for few people. The room service is world class ( I traveled often to other countries so I have something to compare to). San Antonio/Riverwalk is a very charming place to visit not only for couples but also for entire family. Alamo is another American must-see destination. We spent 4 days at San Antonio including two days for travel. I do find that we did run out of things to do after two and ahalf days though. We had done everything that was recommended including the Mission tour (also a must) and only thing we didn't do is the Hill Country tour cause we heard mixed review on that one. Overall, we had a great trip (food is excellent) and the hotel is above and beyond. If your are very particular about where you stay, this is definitely the one. However, I probably won't return to San Antonio just because there are also so many great cities to visit in the US. It is perfect for a quick get-away if you only have a few days to spend.

We just got back from a three night stay at the Watermark and this hotel has excellent service staff. The front desk/reception staff were very welcoming and Sonia in the spa was fantasic she really made me feell like a VIP. The locatation is right on the river walk and only a couple blocks from the Alamo-so in walking distance to everything. We didn't need to take a taxi the entire time we were there. The evening turn down service with a bottle of water, robe, slippers and a chocolate mint was a nice way to end the day. Will definately stay there again. Also very clean room and as well as all of the commons areas.

Absolutely wonderful time. We were there for only 36 hours, but what a refreshing time. Great location on the River Walk. The SPA is second to none. I recommend the 90 minute hot stone massage. My wife thought her 50 minute sweedish massage was the best she'd ever had. Room service is promt and food very good. I'm a Omni Select member and, if you aren't, I encourage you to join. The roof pool is also great class into a tight spot. Works out well. My wife noticed even the air seemed clean! We can't wait until our next breakaway to our new hideaway.
