Didn't check out the pool or jacuzzi, didn't have time, and it was really too cool to use. Did use the exercise facility. It was adequate. The breakfast offered consisted of waffles, scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage links, or cereal. Limited fresh fruit. Juice, coffee etc. I was happy with the food. The internet was fine, I did have to ask for an iron, and received one. There was a living room area, with a small bar with stools and a 2 burner cooktop. It also had a full refrigerator, as well as a microwave. The bedroom was separate. I was alone, but if traveling with a family it would be ideal, as you could close off the bedroom for privacy. It was my first experience at this hotel chain, but I definitely enjoyed it.

This is a great choice if your going to be in the Chandler area. I would suggest a second floor room so you do not have to listen to noise from the floor above you. The walls are not noise proof but over all we did not hear much. They have a good breakfast choice and three nights per week they have a "social" that will work for dinner if your not too picky. Pizza, nachos, tacos a cookie and some soda. Everyone working at the hotel was very friendly.

I usually stay at motels and thought I'd treat myself to an upgraded stay. Unfortunately I wasn't that pleased. Pros: Clean rooms, friendly staff and a one of the better complimentary breakfast I've come across. The kitchenette was a bonus too. Cons: Poorly insulated walls and ceiling. Our first night I was kept up all night by the guest snoring in the hotel room next to ours and then after finally falling asleep was awoken all hours of the night by guests walking through the halls and dropping things in the room above me. Ironically this was the quiet option in rooms available. Doors inside the hotel room would not close. You had to practically slam the bathroom door to close and then fight it back open. I never was able to get the bedroom door to close. The silicone in the shower surround was molding and non-existent in areas - no wonder the mold! The shower was more like water being poured out of a pitcher than showering. If you like hard beds this might be a positive but the bed was much too firm for my tastes. The bedroom had low lighting which is nice in the evening but the only way to get decent light was to open the window. I found myself continually flipping switches trying to get the room brighter only to remember the lights were already on. Thankfully our second night was much quieter. I wasn't able to figure out why others gave this place such high reviews. As for me, won't be going back.

Absolutely wonderful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Always clean. Pool was immaculate. Breakfast was fabulous way to start our day. Great location. Easy on/off from Chandler to all local attractions. Even rode up to Sedona for a jeep tour. Couldn't have been any better. 4 adults in our 2 bedroom room and not crowded at all.
