During our stay we asked for extra pillows, was told they do not have. We left a nice personal pillow behind, they said they did not find it and would not return our call. Place is flling apart outside, room reeked of Orange Cleaner, the Mgr. neds to follow through on customer needs. Breakfast hours were done at 9 am on a Sunday, too early.

took 3 trys to get correct room, room suppose to be non-smoking, but reaked of cigar smoke, left for breakfast came back to find out they had us check out, if we had gone for the day don't have any idea what would have happened to our belongings, asked for extra towels and then did get any towels, bath room was not clean
