I stayed here overnight with my son. It was off season so the price was great! Staff was courteous and helpful. We stayed in the main hotel. My only complaint was that the bathroom floor had not been cleaned. There was hair and spots on the tiles. The coffee maker was dirty too. It makes you wonder what else appeared to be clean but, wasn't. Beds were SO COMFORTABLE!!! NIce flat screen TV too. The room was a little tight with 2 queen beds. I wouldn't suggest putting 4 people in here!

Spent a long weekend with friends. The 2 bedroom suite was GREAT! It was very clean, nice view and comfortable. Room size was spacious, beds were comfortable and the shower was hot and had great water pressure. Only one complaint, breakfast, although it was good, the service was very slow. This was due to, two weddings. They need to plan better for that. I would definitely go back and plan to in the spring.

Stayed April 2009 and had a great room (king bed w/ocean view). Stayed in Newport at many different hotels, inns etc. but for the price this was fantastic. Stayed in the original hotel which has recently been renovated. Bathroom kinda small but room was big, beautiful view of water. Will most definitely recommend to friends.
