With each visit, I find myself feeling more and more at home. When you walk in the front door, a beautiful fire invites you to make your self at home. The front desk greets you when you come in each day. Guests are able to use the grand piano for practice. There is a wonderful (clean) hot tub and swimming pool in relaxing enviornment. Room aminities range from bottled water, coffee and tea to a comfy robe to wear during your stay. Each day you are greeted with an Omaha newspaper then omlets, bacon, sausage, waffels, fruits, pastries, cereals and yogurt. Additionally, attached to the hotel are fine dining and a casual dining restaurants. Owner x can be found at all hours of the day working side by side with her staff. I tried to give her a compliment once, she graciously gave credit to her staff. (A staff who speaks very highly of her when she isn't present) I can't say enough good things about the lodge, I actually don't mind being away from home when I come here.

Top notch facility! I have traveled for business for 15+ years and found the NL&S to be one of the nicest places I've stayed in NE Nebraska. Clean, quiet, nice linens, comfortable beds, large rooms, friendly staff - I definately will be back!!!
