We arrived and were informed that we only had reservations for two people. However, our reservations were for three and they looked it up and confirmed. They could only offer us a room with one bed. Bottomline is that we got stuck with a room for two and paid for three and no refund or reduced rate was offered.

We arrived late to the hotel due to a late train, but called ahead to inform them that we were planning to stay there as he had reservations almost a month in advance.We arrived to find a family of 4 waiting and the attendant behind the desk was somewhat friendly, and produced our reservation documents. He blamed his colleague many many times and sometimes traded the story for a broken pipe. They were out of rooms, and both of us as well as the family that was waiting had no room to stay in. However, he booked us rooms at other hotels which had accommodations that was much less than adequate for the money we paid. Through all this ordeal were never once offered any type of refund or compensation for our trouble. AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS!
