This is a good, clean hotel which is fairly close to downtown. The complimentary shuttle bus to downtown and the Naval Academy is a real help after walking around town for awhile. Two sour notes-the breakfast menu in the restaurant was limited and even some of the listed items were unavailable. Also, the movies and pay per view events on TV had no prices listed. You don't know how much they cost until they show up on your bill.

We wanted a nice, quaint hotel close to Annapolis Inner Harbor area to attend a concert. We were very surprised at the quality and sophistication of the hotel. It actually may have been a better experience than our trip to a Trump casino hotel in Atlantic City a couple of months ago. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and well kept up. The food in the John Barry's restaurant was excellent. We will definetly return, if not just to grab lunch or drinks.

I brought my wife to Annapolis for our wedding anniversary and stayed for two nights at the ocallaghan, everythiing was great. I booked on online travel website but called the hotel to tell them it was our anniversary and they upgraded us to a king room with a balcony! The staff were amazing, so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The free shuttle is great and you can call anytime to be collected. We had one dinner in lemongrass a great Thai restaurant accross the street which was really reasonable. The hotel recommended O'Leary's for our Anniversary dinner - amazing! Well worth every cent! I would definately go back to the ocallaghan, rooms are lovely, atmosphere is great and the location is close enough to walk to everything. They really live up to the legendary great Irish hospitality (and lots of neat accents there too!).
