  Hotel is shabby. Carpet seams have rips, beds are flat and uncomfortable. Could not get heat to turn off in room. Walls are scuffed. Bathtub chipped up (looked like dirt, but was ""just rust""). Package included breakfast- worst we had in all 4 hotels we stayed in while in Italy. Asked for a Coca-Cola and was presented a bill for 10 Euro AFTER they served me. Not a surper-size Coke, mind you- a 200 ML coke. Asked front desk about this, and they told me I could ""write a letter."" Don't fall for 5 star ad on hotel's website. 3 stars MAX.
