The Hilton Grand Vacations Club was by far our best home away from home experience. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. The envrionment was clean new and secure. My husband and I traveled with our 2 children one of which was a toddler and each of our needs were accomodated. The price was very reasonable for such a luxurious experience. The location was very accessible to the theme parks and restuarants and there was plenty of space to park our vehicle when we returned from our daily adventures. We are planning to return to Orlando in December for part 2 of our vacation and we wouldnt think of staying anywhere else!

Room was clean - just like the pictures - It was wonderful having a kitchen. The staff was great and it sure beat staying in a hotel. It had all the comforts of home and after a long tiring day it was great to take a soak in that wonderful bath tub. I have found my permanent accomodations in Orlando and will continue to book it each time my travels take me there.

My family and I stayed in this hotel last September. It was our annual family vacation to the Orlando area and Parc Soleil is the absolute best resort we have ever stayed in. The decor, the friendliness of the staff, everything about it was beyond my expectations! Because it's a newer hotel, it was a bit difficult for us to find on our navigation system but that was the only draw back. We will be staying there again!

the hotel resort was very nice, especially the pools and waterslide. the food was very good at the cafe and the people were also great. my issues have to do with the quality of the construction.we were in room 11123. there was a repetitive clanking of pipes throughout our stay. Had no idea where it was coming from. The walls were very thin. Chairs on the floor above us were a real nuisance. in addittion , the windows were always wet in the morning because they were only single pane. given that these are time shares, I cannot imagine why the quality is poor. How do you expect to sell these units. Too bad for the above, as the property is really fine. Thanks.
