the service here was outstanding in every aspect from the shuttle drivers to the desk/housekeeping/restaurant/lounge people. Everyone here goes out of their way to see you have everything you need during your stay. unlike other hotels that once checked in, they offer nothing not even wake up calls.However it is not the case here.I will return,and have already refered this hotel to freinds.

We had lots of luggage and hanging clothes for 5 nights and there was no elevator in any building but the Tower. Employees couldn't even tell us how to get to our room. Although the room was spacious, the carpets were filthy and it looked like someone vomited by one bed. Flimsy beds and pillows maid sleeping uncomfortable. Our door keys de-magnetized every day. Seedy characters hung out below our window drinking beer at night. Breakfast was cut off at 9:00am and since we were on vacation, we never made it in time. The pool was drained for some reason on our 3rd day there. To be fare, the hotel was just taken over by the old owners who hope to restore it to it's splendor of earlier days.

Family friendly with adult swimming pool and children swimming pool. Free continental breakfast and reasonable rates. Things that are important when traveling with kids! Staff was friendly and rooms were reasonably clean. HAD A GOOD TIME :)

I just ate at Flappers and it is fantastic! It's like going to a dinner theater and being on stage! The servers are in role and are fantastic! Being a frequent traveler i felt the need to post this for travellers to the Area! Don't miss out on The Parkway. The staff is friendly, the new Coffee Shop is perfect! Ambiance! if you are coming to Casper for a Tournament, Stop-over whatever your reason stop here! if your from Casper, Try Flappers! Don't miss this hidden Gem!

I was not to shocked to read the reviews, but must say with the new Owners I would highly recomend this as a place to stay. The Pool is enclosed and away from the rooms (courtyard) The Restraunts are Fantastic! Flappers is a themed Restraunt, The 20's are alive with this hip jazzy interactive Restraunt. The Quality has and is continuing to rise!.
