  This hotel had problems because of rain, and so sent me in a taxi to a similar (3*) hotel with a better location. The only problem I had was that I had trouble convincing them that the reservation was pre-paid (though it clearly said so on my travelocity booking information) but they were friendly and finally ageed with me.
