The rooms were dingy with bad lighting, The sheets felt like they had been used for decades; likewise the towels; the rugs in the room and hallways were badly tattered, felt unclean, and were torn in spots. There was no soap in the laundry room; the 'business center' consisted of a desk and chair shared with a soda machine.
