When we arrived at the hotel it was in the ghetto you can tell.......We walked into the hotel and it was quite nice! The elevator was really small......We got to our room and looking out the window wasnt a good scene! We say clothes hanging up an old delapidated building/s it wasnt a sight to see! the beds look at first like they were changed but as soon as we got in we felt some stuff that shouldnt have been there! there was hair inthe sheets YUCK!!!! Well the overall experince wasnt pleasant dont think ill be saying here anytime soon! If you are a tourist stay in the city area or city center! If you are in for a quick stay/emergency then this hotel is for you but wouldnt advise!

The Hotel Santos was pretty nice and well appointed. Not terribly convenient to any sites, but within a few blocks of the Metro. Many bar/cafes in the area, but none notable. Rooms were a good size, with surprisingly large towels. Shower tends to spray on the floor. There was always at least one person at the desk who spoke English.
