Ambiance, service, and location of this all adult resort is wonderful; up with the best. I understand they just changed to all inclusive. Cabo food and spirits are very pricey, so no worries here! The food is excellent, top quality organic and fresh. Fun activities, fire pits gardens and jaccuzi. This looks like a brand new resort in every way, latest fixtures and marble. Everything is impeccable including the grounds and architecture. Sister hotels are a free shuttle away. Easy 5 stars!

There was a lot to recommend the Peublo Bonito Pacifica. It is a beautiful location. The facilities are great. The hotel is very very nice. The room was nice, though small. It has the feel of a high end semi-exclusive hotel. The food at the pool bar was very good. The drinks provided under the all inclusive plan were plentiful. The service was good, but a little spotty. The whales we saw from our oceanfront balcony were amazing. The sunrise was stunning, but with a caveat - a good sunrise means clouds, which sometimes stayed the whole day and made it chilly. If you like a very quiet secluded resort experience, you would like this hotel. If you are looking for a lot of night life and party atmosphere, this probably isn't the spot for you. This hotel only went to the all inclusive plan on 1/1/11 and it seems like they aren't entirely up to speed when compared to other all inclusive resorts we have visited. They tout "no bracelets required" as a benefit. The fact is that with all meal/drink service you have to sign a charge slip which has the usual line for tips. All taxes and gratuties are included, of course, but this method of payment pressures people to leave an additional tip. If you are given exceptional service, an additional tip might be warranted, but I couldn't say that we ever received what I would classify exception service. The service was "as expected" in our view. The food and service in the main dining room was really not great and becomes tiresome after 7 days. You can order from the pool bar until 10pm, but you get a nachos/ burger type menu. No buffets here, which may not be a good thing.

During the last week of 2010, my girlfriend and I decided to take a quick trip to Cabo and booked a couple nights with Pueblo Bonito Pacifica because they had excellent reviews on-line and their web-site said they were an all-inclusive resort. When we showed up to the front desk they told us that they were NOT an all-inclusive resort at this time but would be in the near future. It should be noted that their web-site is packed with descriptions of them being all-inclusive and it isn’t possible to find out they are not unless you click in the right spots and eventually find the fine print at the bottom of a downstream page (not the main page). We tried multiple times to resolve the misunderstanding primarily by offering to stay one night and be freed from our remaining reservation but the front desk manager would not budge at all. At one point I even asked her to put herself in our shoes and explain to us what she would think if she saw the same information as we did – she wouldn’t answer and we believe it’s because she would have thought the same thing. She said we should have known better than to expect so much out of a “5 star resort” at such a low price (which it was not low, and by past experience we would not consider it a 5 star resort at all). Also be aware that you will be constantly pressured to buy into their time share offers. If they were a 5 star resort, it would really be nice to receive 5 star services. There is much more that could be said, but what we have indicated above pretty much covers the theme of their business practices with the core being deceiving.

I just got Married in Cabo San Lucas at the hotel Me Cabo on 6/5/2010, but we did our honeymoon at Pueble Bonita Pacifica Resort and spa. I was not impressed with the customer service compared to Me Cabo hotel. Our first night we decided to try out the restaurant. The food was amazing, but then a time share guy came up to us during the middle of our dinner and tried to sell us on free stuff!! When I am paying a good amount of money to eat a wonderful relaxing meal I would not like to be sold to in the middle of it! That did not just happen once, but it happened our last night eating at the restaurant as well. I was not impressed with that experience at all. The spa was very nice and relaxing, but I have had better spa experiences at other resorts. I am not sure if it was worth the price! I have been to many of the top spas in the world and the customer service could have been better at Pueble Bonito. We got a couples message and private room and they did not prepare the steam room or sauna for us at all. After we complained they did offer us a free hour in the couples room, but it was the end of the day and we were still unhappy that we paid all that money for pretty much nothing. My suggestion is not to get the couples room and just do the message only. I did really enjoy my Vitamin C body scrub the next day. If you do anything that would be the one I suggest! The rooms were kind of nice, but their was mold in the shower and the room was not

This was an average hotel with poor food quality. Service went from really good to bad and was inconsistent. They over pushed the time share buy in. Quality of workmanship was poor if you looked at the paint lines and true details. Positives were it was a quiet resort. Food was substandard. Not sure what kind of meat they are using in the hamburgers?? Second day had to call to have cleaning service done. The time share meeting can be a perk if you are willing to listen to 3 hours of droning on by one sales person that is trying to oversell. They charge you a dollar a day to put into the "Letty foundation", supposed to "better Cabo".
