I would stay here again. The location next to the Iowa Event Center makes it ideal to stay here when you are attending a concert next door. Hotel is fine, nothing spectacular, but met our needs.

The doors for our room were too thin, I could hear everything outside my room including the cart from the room service. The breakfast was not hot enough, they call it hot but no steam to be found even on the food just brought out. The breakfast area is unclean and rude staff in there. I would never stay here again.

Generally clean and well kept outside and in. Room was spacious enough and clean. AC/Heat worked great, no bathroom fan, tons of TV channels, no ppv. Great view of river and downtown from the upper floors. Needs to expand hours (at night) of dining and fitness room."
