10/25/2009The front desk lady was nice. it is old. the room was clean but for the price it was not worth it. the parking lot is dark, not enough light.

The staff was surly and incompetant. The room was dirty. Light switches in room broken. Tub did not drain. Toilet leaked. Pool was closed. Fitness equipment was broken. If there had been another room available in a different hotel, I would have eaten the cost and moved.

The hotel room was not cleaned good enough to please me.The bathroom had spiders and the tub was not scrubbed clean. The shower curtain hung in the bottom of the tub. The tissue box hanging on the sink was full of dirt. The house keeping dept needs to do a better job and an exterminator needs to be called. I HATE BUGS!!!!!
