  My son and I stayed at the Quality Inn Dalton GA for one night on our way to Florida. The room was very clean, the staff was nice and I felt safe at all times (even though this is a hotel with doors on leading to the outside). Breakfast was what most hotels like this serve (absolutely fine) The hotel has very little frills but it was exactly what we needed after a long drive from Michigan... Bonus: just down the street is nearly every food option imaginable.

  Newly remodeled rooms, close proximity to i75 and as a bonus, there's a chili's right next door.
