Would not stay again. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Fingernail on the floor behind the bathroom door. Remote only half worked. Skimpy on the pillows. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work. When we complained of the smell of smoke in our non-smoking room, we were told someone outside was smoking and the smell would dissipate in a few minutes. Breakfast was sparse. Waffles, toast, cold cereal and oatmeal. Everything was tied down as though in mortal fear we might take something. Even the vases were attached to the breakfast tables.

I love the hospitality the staff was great they helped me to my room and also help take my bags inside from the shuttle. I can't speak english very well so the manager helped me a lot in the cheaking in process. The room was great it had a fridge and microwave and many tv channels including HBO ESPN and many more of my favorite channels. Also great warm whaffles and toast in the morning with some milk and cereal started my day off very well. Loved it and would always go there when in Charlotte!!!

We spent one night - we had to catch a really early flight out of Charlotte so we wanted to stay close to the airport. It was more "low end" than many of the other Microtels that I have stayed in - much closer to a Motel 6 or Days Inn than any other Microtel I've seen. There are no decent restaurants around the hotel - just fast food or Crackerbarrell. Don't trust the front desk with a wake up call. We requested a 3:30 AM nand 3:45 AM in order to get to the airport to catch our flight - we received NO CALLS. We would have missed our flight except that the fire alarm system went off at 4 AM waking the entire hotel.

Clean room, extremely friendly & courteous staff, bus stop close by, but a little out of the way if you don't bring your own transportation. Clean sheets every day- no holes, 3 pillows, FREE wifi, decent CONTINENTAL breakfast, Gripes: First day - elevator out walk up 3 floors - lug your own luggage - no bell staff- Repaired next day!-Sunday!!!. Shower curtain rail loose, room card keys slightly old needed recoding once a day - Outside of these two items - Very good stay whether overnight or two weeks extended. Better than the next place down the street and slightly cheaper. Airport shuttle available and on time - no fuss.

Great Shuttle service! Someone tried to get into our room in the early morning hour. Someone was wandering hall knocking on all the doors, being loud and disturbing at 7 am. Room was clean, but the air conditioner was so loud it made it very hard for me to get any sleep. There were several old a/c stacked up in hall way, making the place look trashy. Old mattresses stacked up in parking area, cigarette butts in the stairwell. I had a small dog, and it worked fine with her, except we were put on the second floor, which made it harder, going in and out. It is a very convenient area, close to the airport, and the shuttle service was excellent, very helpful and accommodating. The morning clerk who was also the shuttle driver was very professional and helpful,, showed great customer service.
