Did not get the arrangement we booked. The desk clerk said it was not guaranteed - only a request. There was an inch opening under the door so we were entertained all night by the freeway traffic. A section of the bathroom wall that was peeling off. To top it off, there was a cockroach clinging onto the trash can by the entry door (which my wife took a picture of). If you are staying in Montgomery, pay a little more if you want to sleep soundly - without creepy critters scurrying around you.

Rooms were dirty, stains on floor, walls were crumbling, bath mat had not been cleaned under, Mold in shower, pool was gross, games did not work or were not turned on. When staff was notified they just moved us from room to room. I would not allow my family to stay in this hotel. When we changed hotels the clerk at Laquinta told us that this was not even a Ramada anymore. Ramada would not endorse them because they were not up to their standards!!

This hotel is a dump! There was trash around the outside, the door didn't lock, there was an ironing board but no iron, the remote didn't work the TV, it looked like the sheets had not been changed between customers, the carpet was so filthy I wore socks when I walked around, when I got in bed I kicked something in the bed under the covers - turned out to be a second remote (it didn't work, either), the alarm clock didn't work and there was no wakeup call. Any questions?

I warn you, do not stay at this facility. Our non smoking room smelled like a wet ash tray for starters. The bathroom faucet was broken, as well as the light switches for the room and bathroom. Loud guests and neighbors, on top of very unhelpful staff. Our last morning we made three separate trips to the front desk for clean towels, only to get nowhere. Very dirty and run down facility. We rented this room specifically for the hot tub, which was empty during our entire 4 day stay. When calling the front desk about this issue we got nowhere again. Please take our advise and DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL FOR ANY REASON. NOT in a good part of town at all.

We rented this hotel room specifically for the indoor pool and game room. When we arrived we found out that there was a wedding reception that night and there was going to be alcohol at it so for safety reasons they had to lock it up. They reception had music blaring and there where people running up and down the halls at 9:30 at night! I had a confrontation with some of them! I had kids with me on this trip and to me this kind of behavior was not acceptable after i paid money to stay at this facility. The next morning we got awakened by some people beating on there door a few rooms down screaming at the top of there lungs. I would not suggest anyone to stay at this hotel. We tried to get a refund and they would not give us one!! I would look else where for a room in the montgomery area you might have to pay more $$ than you want to, but in the long run it will be worth it!!
