what a dump i'll sleep in a rent a car before i stay in any of there motels. not worth the price of the room. they suck in the tourists for a night or two.i prepayed on my credit card. never again will i do that.check out the dump before you let go of your cash.had to ask for towels also

I realize we got a group rate but I guess I expected more. The door to the building our room was in had no security, you were supposed to use your room key to enter, that was not necessary it did not work. We ALWAYS had to ask for towels...every day. We were told all but two times they didn't have any clean ones or were out of them. Seriously? This was during the week when they had hardly any guest. We were there through the weekend, let me say it did not get any better. The rooms we were given were supposed to be newly renovated, when in the eighties? The bathrooms were tiny at best.The pools were okay no steps for little ones in the outdoor pool. Again no towels were available for the pools most of the time. My husband kept saying what do you expect for the price...more. Others were guest there and I'm sure they were not getting our reduced price. They need to step up and maintain the buildings better. Friends that also stayed had issues with air conditioning, cracker crumbs and ""hairs"" in beds when they arrived and pulled back covers on arrival to their room.

Stayed there on a trip to see UND. Arrived at South Bend Regional and wast told to wait for the shuttle that never came, and eventually had to take a taxi. I was on my way to the University so told the taxi driver to wait while I left my bag inside - the woman at the front desk was on the phone to a friend and was completely uninterested in my attempts to get her attention, and eventually had to call the manager. Otherwise hotel was fine - clean and very quiet.

We Were unhappy with our room because of a lack of privacy. The rooms do not have drapes that can be closed. The light from the parking lot shines in the room. People walking by can see right in your room. GET DRAPES THAT CAN CLOSE. Who wants to dress in the bathroom.
