I have stayed at the same hotel in the past, but this time my room was tired and sad. Had two sleep number beds, neither worked correctly. Upholstered chair in my room had a HUGE hole in the arm and all the wood furniture was scrated and nicked. Used to be a great hotel but needs some sprucing up.

Good access to D.C. Many Restaurant around there, Good Bed Good Bathroom, And Good Internet Speed. Moreover its accuracy is not so good and some blog sites were blocked instead of no music. I was satisfied except Internet.

This hotel was very nice. I wasn't expecting to pay $*/day to park, but that was really the only negative. The Sleep Number bed was okay, but nothing to write home about. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Okay, the only other negative I can think of is the water pressure. I like a lot of water pressure when I take my shower, but other than that, my husband I enjoyed ourselves. We did not eat at the breakfast buffet because we decided that it was too expensive. However, IHOP and Starbucks are just a stone's throw away, along with many other restaurants. We sould stay again.

For a DC hotel, it was fairly good for the price. Room service was quick, but pricey; the food was still hot and tasty. House wine was so-so. Check in was fast and efficient, although I had to wait 10-15 minutes for a receipt on check out while an audit was underway. Shuttle to and from the nearby mall was a nice plus as well. Couple of downsides were the sleep number bed that my wife and I could never really figure out and the TV remotes didn't always work that well. I would go back for the price, but I would definitely ask for a pillow-top bed vice a sleep number. For the most part, not a bad property.

My husband and I went to DC 6 days for siteseeing. We used the complimentary shuttle from Ronald Reagan Airport. From the time I called he was there in 10 min and very friendly. They were able to check us in early-we arrived at 0830. Only dissappointment on check in was that I had requested a king room and got 2 doubles.Hotel staff were all very friendly. I was worried, since I had read other reviews to the contrary. The room was clean, but the sleep number beds were not comfortable. They have recently renovated this hotel, but they still have "tube TV's"- no flat screens.Nice touch was the microwave and small fridge in room. Housekeeping was wonderful. Our room was always clean when we returned late afternoons after siteseeing all day. Only ate in dining room for breakfast. We did the buffett. $*** for buffett and juice and coffee. Food in DC area very expensive, so this was the norm. Lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance. We did not have a car. Very safe neighborhood. We walked to Metro which was about 2 blocks. We would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to DC on business or pleasure.
