The hotel was clean, the room was clean and comfortable with the expected amenities: in-room coffee maker, micro, fridge, hairdryer, free internet access, etc. The location was very convenient to theme parks, convention center, interstate and the YMCA where the front desk gives you a guest pass so that you can enjoy the pools, gym, and other activities. The breakfast buffet was a hot buffet with make-your-own waffles, eggs, sausage, and regular continental fair like toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, and fruit. The area for breakfast was small and sometimes there was a line but the staff stayed on top of replenishing items. Area has many restaurants and activities within walking distance if you want to save gas.

Overall a nice hotel They offer a pass to the YMCA next door, however that was closed. Staff was helpful...but not very knowledgeable. Room was small, but very clean and comfortable. Great location on I-Drive...but not jammed right in the traffic, which made it quieter than other hotels in the area. Hot breakfast was pretty good, though very crowded.

Convenient location for all Orlando theme parks. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. This place deserves a higher rating, as the amenities and staff services were excellent. Coffee and tea available in the room, full complement of toiletries included, high quality mattresses, good temperature control, microwave and mini-fridge, and tasteful (and plentiful) linens throughout. Best unadvertised feature is the full hot self-serve breakfast available in the dining area every morning -- included in the price of the room! This was a great place, and I felt I received a great value for my money (even full price would have been a great deal)!

My wife and I had originally booked the Rosen Inn, Closest to Universal. We found her parents were staying there as well, so we hastily switch to this Ramada through Travel Website for $* a night. The hotel is not the Ritz. It shows some wear. A new rug and a few coats of paint however, and the place could ask for $*/night easily. They had a large breakfast buffet with enough choices to make us happy. Remember, its not a restaurant. Tables fill quickly and food disappears. We brought our breakfast back to our room each morning, and this worked fine. There were enough channels on the TV for a rainy day. The pool is nothing special, so if you're coming to Florida to just hang by the pool, I'd recommend looking somewhere else. Also, Travel Website rates this as a 3 Star location. I would give it a very solid 2, maybe 2 1/2 because of the excellent customer service. We also enjoyed the Unos next door. Our's here at home is nothing special, but the one on I-Drive had the nicest staff, fast service, and great food and drinks. One last thing, we found it was only about 2.5 miles to Universal Studios and we walked. We are from the countryside and we had no issues understanding how to cross busy Orlando streets. It also helped us decide on what places we wanted to stop in to shop or eat. The I-Trolley and Link buses are great. If you're really tight on a budget, you can use these from this location all week to get to Disney/Seaworld/Universal without having to rent a car. To sum it up: we would definitely stay here again!
