The room has a bad mildew odor and the carpet is sticky as if it had not been cleaned in a long time. The tub/shower has not been properly cleaned as there are stains around the fixtures. There is grunge on the walls like they have bed bugs or roaches which is a health issue. The foot of the bed is tilted upward so we laid on a slant and the fact that check out is 12:00PM and someone was at the door at 9:00AM asking were we checking out and then came back at 11:50AM. Did I mention we had a late check in so why would she be my door at 9 AM? The pool doesn’t open until 12:00 which is check out time so if any of the kids in your group want to swim before check out they can't. The man at the desk at check out was pleasant but not concerned with my issues and the woman the night before was horrible, if she doesn’t like dealing with people then she shouldn’t work at the front desk, and she didn’t give me a receipt for my stay. I hope my credit card is billed correctly the way she handled my reservations. Now considering the poor upkeep of your property and the money charged I could have stayed anyplace else for the way she acted. Tried to reach the manager but never answered calls or emails. Did I mention across the street is a seedy hotel and some shady characters, look at the pic in the background bluiding, looks different at night! Take your chances!!!!

Hotel accomodations are pretty average, everything in the room was average, but for the price you can't go wrong. However, you definately need to make other breakfast plans as the free continental breakfast is a joke. All in all, a fair price on a room in a descent part of Baltimore. I would stay again.

Room was ready when we got there at midnight and all accomadations were fine. Wished the outdoor pool had been opened earlier in the day. Didn't open until Friday and we had our site-seeing plans previously made, so didn't get to sit in the sun or use the pool. Disappointed in the continental breakfast.

After reading some of the OLD reviews I was hesitant on staying here, however, I was pleasantly surprised. I needed to be close to the site for my cousins wedding and this Comfort Inn was perfect for my needs. The front desk was great, the bed was extremely comfortable and the FREE breakfast in the morning, was free unlike what others said. It is close to alot of restaurants and easy to find right off the interstate. I will definitely stay there again if I need to be in that area.
