The hotel is very dated and has a unique smell. Price-wise, it is a good value. The noise from HWY 59 is constant, and the insulation/patio door does not shield the 24-hour traffic sound. I did not feel un-safe.

For the money this hotel was ok but it is located in a part of Town I would not feel comfortable going out to at night. A/c was extremely noisy. Television volume could not be adjusted below a certain level so you could not watch TV late at night without disturbing guests in other rooms.
Very limited locations to eat nearby without driving -

We were on 2nd floor and ice machines are only on 4th and 7th. Pool at far end of bldg. Once you go outside you cannot re-enter and must walk around to front of bldg.
