  The ""best available room"" was a smoking room. Travel agency did not allow me to specify no-smoking as a choice. I put up with it but the room stank. There were burn marks on the floor by the bed. The TV was an older tube model . The hotel is located on Shackleford DRIVE...which is different from Shackleford ROAD. When I called to get some directions from where my business meeting was the person at the desk tried to be helpful but was inept. I was looking at a car rental map that showed Shackleford ROAD. She did not clearly make the distinction in her directions. There is plenty of competition in the area.

  Stayed here 1 night with the family while on a road trip. indoor pool nice to burn off kid energy, but the towel rack was empty. elevator was being serviced ...

  Stayed here 1 night with the family while on a road trip. Indoor pool nice to burn off kid energy, but the towel rack was empty. Elevator was being serviced during busy check-out time. Trash in hallway stayed there at least 12 hrs. Belgian waffles A+
