I read a bunch of horrible reviews of this motel. I'd say it was medium, and I have had worse. The room/bed/comfort was pretty good considering I was there during a major winter snowstorm. The parking lot never was shoveled during the stay, even though we got drifting snow and ice. The door weatherstripping was loose and cold air came in, but it was below zero some nights. The adjacent room door would not lock and the tenant had to slam it really hard to catch. One night, the room door was hanging open, and no one was in it (room vacant). The exercise room worked well, and was convenient, but the TV that was furnished was non-operable. The breakfast was always biscuits and gravy and high carb items. I ate the fruit, and there was no yogurt even though they said there were some in the fridge. The bed and TV were the best part of the deal, and the convenience to my car for load in load out. The shower was very nice, except when the temps plunged and there was no hot water for a shower or to shave one morning. It was fixed by the evening. All in all, I'd go back since it was very inexpensive, and not too discomforting.

We booked our hotel through travel agency so we had no idea what hotel we were going to get. We ended up with this one. I read the previous review and was terrified. I had nothing to worry about. It looks like they recently updated. The rooms were very nice and the staff were very polite. The beds were a little small and uncomfortable, but it was doable. I would recommend for the money.

My husband and I had reservations to stay at the Ramada Inn Limited in Junction City, Kansas, October 14-16. We went ahead and checked in and my first objection was the room door opens to the outside world. This I did not like, I feel very insecure in that type room. We went into the room, and I told my husband there was no way I was staying there. It was like going back 20 years in time. The room smelled, was dimly lit, needed paint, looked dirty and generally was in need of complete renovation. The light was so dim in the bathroom there was no way you could put on makeup. Needless to see, we immediately went to the front desk and asked that our reservations be cancelled. The lady at the desk was very nice about it (not her fault the rooms are so bad). The rooms that are shown on the website are very deceiving, so I would recommend you ask to see the room before you check in.
