I stayed at this hotel with my family on our way back to California. The rooms were decent and the staff was very nice. They had coffee available in the lobby all day long which was nice. Its right off the freeway so it was easy to find. We will always stop here at this location during future trips.

This was the worst experince I have had at a hotel. The staff was unorganized, they could not find our payment and tried to make us pay for the room again, even after we should the front desk attendent our paid in full receipt. after getting to our room house keeping walked right into the room with out knocking. the next day someone (another guest) was booked into the same room and walked right in to our room, so then the front desk calls the room and rudely asks what my last name was. I was like first of all who is this? He proceeded to tell us we were in the wrong room. I was very worried about leaving my camera and laptop in the room while I was there. I do not think I will use this hotel in the future.

Arrival experience uneventful . Reservation ready, check in done in less than 5 minutes. ROOM OK NOTHING FANCY, The only problem was no adjustment knob on the a/c unit for temperature control. Quiet enviroment got a good nights sleep . A good deal for the price although not luxurious was 4 walls a roof and bed .

The hotel was at a very inconviente location. The room smelled like mold/wet smell. The tub was not clean. The toilet paper roll was less than 3/4 full. The positive thing was that the desk person was very nice and polite.

I am not going into detail about everything bad about this hotel. I will cite one major defect. The elevator was defective and I tripped and fell getting off the elevator and was taken by ambulance to the emergency hospital. The elevator would stop on the first floor and the door would open; but, in effect, it had dropped lower than the first floor and would still be moving to come back up to the first floor. The unsuspecting guest would attempt to get off only to trip and fall because the floor on the elevator is lower that the floor of the lobby. I injured my shoulder and hip and have pain in my neck, back and wrist. This was witnessed by the desk clerk and another guest who had also been injured by the elevator.
