I was staying at this hotel while my mother was in ICU at a local hospital. After explaining the situation to the desk clerk when I checked in, I was assured that I would be able to stay as long as I needed and that I should just give as much notice as I could before checking out. On my second night, my key wouldn't work and I was told by a different desk clerk that I was not told I could stay more than one night (!!!) and that there were not rooms available for me later in the week. The rudeness and arrogance were incredible, especially after I explained my situation. Mistakes happen and can be understood, but there is no excuse for rudeness, arrogance and disrespect for a guest in need.

2 bedroom suites very nice but a bit spendy. Breakfast next morning until 10 was sparse so they gave us a discount to make up for having to go out to eat. Very clean and nice staff.
