  I calld the hotel to check on the reservations made on line because I did not receive an email confirmation. When I called the Bricktown location, I had difficultty understanding the person who answered. There was much laughter and noise in the background, I had to ask her to repeat everything she said. She did location my reservations, but I would not hire that person to answer the phone again. She was not friendly, nor helpful. We've stay at this location before and it was wonderful. The breakfast was outstanding. The rooms were very clean.
