We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. It was very clean and maintained daily. We had a full kitchen, living area, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. It was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. We have a 4 year old and she loved it as well. My only complaint was the choice of tv channels was limited, but we were not there enough for this to be a big deal. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Very nice breakfast buffet with many hot options and reception several evenings during the week was nice. Pool was lovely and never too crowded. The location was excellent-we were just a few exits from Disney and seemed right in the middle of everything else. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning there.

I stay at Marriott Hotels everywhere - this is one of the oldest I've stayed in. Outside entrances means carrying luggage up stairs - no elevators here. My room had old everything, quite a long snag in the carpet and deep scrapes in the wood laminated furniture. Location is good if you're visiting theme parks and shopping malls but Int'l drive is busy all the time. It passes some not-very-pleasant sections of Orlando so patrons need to be careful. It might be good people watching. Food at the free breakfast buffet was fresh, plentiful and well presented. They had mixed fresh fruit as well as mixed, canned fruit, eggs, sausage, etc. Tasty. Friendly help at front desk, entertainment desk and housekeeping - helpful. Overall nice but old, in a good location, make sure you can handle the outside entrances.

They tired to check us into an EFFIENCY after I paid for a 2 bedroom. I could have looked pass the hotel showing its age if they had given me a two bedroom as advertised. We got a one bedroom and a loft. The stairs were extremely steep so we could not take the downstairs bedroom for fear that one our children would jump on the bed which was next to the edge of the loft or they would fall down the steps. I've stayed in a true residence inn 2 bedroom suite in Georgia for six weeks and trust me there is no comparison. If you require a two bedroom suite for privacy this is not the hotel for you. The facilities were too small for the amount of people staying at the hotel. Food selection was good though. Location was good and there were no lines at check-in or check-out.

Rather old. Ice maker wasn't fixed for us, but nice quiet stay. Breakfast bar was poorly designed and crowded. Ran out of eggs and had to wait one day. Staff was courteous and friendly. Lady selling something next to check-in desk was a little annoying. Smokers in unit next to ours would stand outside our room to smoke. We are non-smokers and could smell the smoke in our unit.

Great housekeeping & b'fast bar. Attractive landscaping. Fenced property.

I asked for a quiet location on the property since the hotel is right off of Sand Lake Road, a major 4 lane on the way to the theme parks. We were put in building 10 which was on the rear of the property -- very quiet and satisfactory until the garbage truck pick up at 4:30 am both days we were there. Dumpsters are in the rear. The room itself was spacious, and the housekeepers did a great job every morning of making beds, cleaning the kitchen, etc. They are pet friendly which was the main reason we chose to stay there. It is an older property so the bath vanity was desk height, but the counter was spacious. Toilet & shower room separate from sink area. Small tear in the sofa upholstery and cracked marble in bath floor. Also, I took a white wet washcloth and scrubbed a bit of carpet in a high traffic area outside the bath and came up with no dirt! They must clean the carpets regularly. Great A/C and heater control. So even though it is an older property, we were very pleased with the accomodations. Gr8 b'fast w/ fresh fruit not canned, waffles, eggs, the works. Pool is outdoor with lots of seating & tables for families to watch kids. Workout room the size of a generous walk-in closet with one treadmill and a small TV. One negative was the heavy traffic b/c this hotel is close to the theme pks. Hard to get to a restaurant for dinner. We were on a tight schedule b/c of a biz conference. Locals we met said stay away from this Internat'l Drive area if not going to parks. Whole Foods grocery store on other side of I-4 very accessible.
