  Very convenient to area & shuttle u van takes u from phx airport right to door. can walk across street to gateway mall & soon (mar 2012) to open trader joes grocery. ...

  Very convenient to area & Shuttle U van takes u from PHX airport right to door. Can walk across street to Gateway mall & soon (Mar 2012) to open Trader Joes grocery. Hotel clean, almost new & wonderful staff. About 15 mins. to downtown Prescott. If driving beware of speed & traffic light cameras in Prescott valley. Prescott is lovely area & hotel is near Lynx Lake (10 min drive) to walk paved path around lake. Costco is across street from hotel. Get room away from highway 69.

  This is a wonderful hotel. Fantastic price which was only equaled by the service and the room. The hotel was clean (almost spotless) and new. The rooms are large about 500 sq ft and included a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. Little extras like paper towel, dishes/dish soap, and a water pitcher were unexpected but were there. The complementary breakfast in the morning had fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, tortillas, and the usual continental accessories. Add to it that Santa showed up to breakfast and you had a very impressed customer. My wife who travels a lot said, "This hotels ruins my expectations."

  We arrived in Prescott on Sunday night and stayed at another motel. Was very displeased and checked out and into the Residence Inn.
  This place is new. The decor is beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful.
  Location was perfect.
  Hot breakfast was good.
