I had a great experience when in the casino and using the amenities, but my room (King River View) was disappointing. After confirming with the concierge that I was a "single", he placed me in a 1st floor "Pit" room (East Wing) and said it was an upgrade. After roaming the casino for 10-20 minutes I found the thru-way door, then walked what seemed like forever to my door. Dogs barking, parking lot access to my "patio", and 3 sheets of toilet paper remaining on the only roll. While I can't rule out staying there again, I was definitely hoping for more. Also, found it strange that I was carded for drinks twice, then cigarettes at the gift shop (I'm 41 and bald) while possibly and obviously under age folks wandered the premises unmolested.

I will never stay here again rooms are dirty food behind funiture,not friendly,stayed in excutive rooms too..... they moved rooms and the next room was worse........ beds are hard as a rock.... checked out early could not believe how dirty .... we will NEVER GO BACK..... THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED LETTING GUEST STAY IN THESE DIRTY ROOMS. BATHROOM WAS VERY DIRTY.............. I BET THEY HAVE BEDBUGS TOO !!!!!!!!!

I stayed in the pet section of this hotel and all I can stay is find another place to stay. The room needs to be updated and cleaned properly so it does not smell like pet urine. Actually the whole area smelled like you were in a dog pound. We paid a lot of money to stay in such subpar conditions. They also do not provide a hair dryer either, so if you plan to wash yor hair bring your own hair dryer.

This place has so much potential to be great but falls short in every aspect. Only thing it has that the other casinos don't is a walkway over the street. The table area is very small and clustered. No open area at all. The pit boss' all look as though they are ticked off for being there. I saw one pit boss tell a guy at the craps table ""don't shake the dice""...are you kidding me? Rooms are ok. food is ok. sports book is ok. nothing great about this place.
