  We had made reservation. We arrived for the night, in the morning got up to take a shower. The place was flooding. (flooding in several other rooms). We had to move to another room. Instead of giving us the same rate. They charged a higher rate for the second night. It was not our fault there plumbing had a problem. We did not request a larger room. But we could not tell the room was not bigger. (We were just sleeping there, we only needed beds to sleep in. And my husband Had argue to get the rate at $* instead of the $* rate. We will never got back there
