We recently stayed here for 5 nights during the busy summer season. The hotel had a well-used "older" feel to it, but it was comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful. We had an annoying issue of the toilet rocking on its base, and it took 2 attempts for staff to fix it, but they handled it well. We did not use the pools (indoor and outdoor) but they looked decent. The fitness room was very small and sparse. The continental breakfast was standard-- hardboiled eggs, toast, bagels, roll, cereal, etc. Plenty to fill up on. I especially liked the long counter and sink located outside the bathroom in our room-- much space for our stuff and the sink could be used while others were in the bathroom. Our room felt roomier than other hotels we've stayed in. We also liked being right next to the shopping mall.

The hotel's location was perfect. The hotel itself was very clean and the grounds pretty. The front desk staff was always very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast room attendant was on top of everything. The room sparkled! Our only complaint was that housekeeping shorted us on towels a couple of days. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

This is my second stay at this hotel. I had no problems the first time, but this time was a different story. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean. This stay I was given a room with an adjoining room. Every word that was said on the television or by the couple in the next room could be heard. It was like we were in the same room. A better job needs to be done with insulation. If you stay here, ask for a non-adjoining room. I won't be staying here again.

02/20/2009The staff was exceptional. from checkin to checkout real nice stay. very nice free breakfast. good location near shopping and docks to the islands.lots of good resteraunts nearby.
