my family and i normally stay at laquinta inn when we come to universal for the weekend, this time we decided to give another hotel chain a try and we were so pleasantly surprised at we got for less money than what we normally pay. the room was beautiful, the entire staff was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. definately got more ammenities for what we paid.

I loved this place! It was convenient to places I needed to be. Clean, welcoming (I was traveling with a small dog). They put us close to a grassy area to walk her. Bed was comfortable, wi-fi worked, and was closed to restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Orlando. Terrific!

Location is good, parking is very good. However, the odor spray in the rooms is overpowering almost to the point of sickening. The room was nicley appointed except for the outdated TV, which seems out of touch with the new furniture. towels could be larger. Overall good value for the dollar.

This Hotel was so convienent to Universal and everything else! For the money you can't beat it. The Pool was heated and clean. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, lobby staff were friendly and helpful. We had early flights and they allowed early check in which was great! The bathroom was small, but we had read that in the comments before we booked so no surprises. We will definately stay here again.

We have spent 2 night several times over the last year. The rooms are very clean, staff very helpful, closest to food and attractions. Would not eat at the Shogun's as the food is a hit and miss, yet there are so many other places to eat. Breakfast buffest for as little #* and Pizza at 2AM. I would recommend this place to my family and friends
