Lovely hotel , good location, a great room with river view and the staff were friendly and very attentive. Good tour desk. Internet on 1st floor - also in room for a fee. BUT they had a problem with the plumbing over a couple of days. Bathroom hot tap ran rusty brown water - apparently they were doing plumbing repairs. Then next day there was a very bad "drain" smell in the bathroom. They did reclean and spray the room and bathroom while we were out. Both breakfast and evening buffet very good value.

I believe all the rooms have a view of river. Nice rooms. Clean and simple. Free internet at the business center. They will even get you drinnks. Hotel has it's own ferry to connect up to the Skytrain and the river boats. I wish the hotel was closer to the business centers, but it's great if you are on a honeymoon or attending a convention at the hotel. Location is in old business area, so don't expect to find lots of tourist shops or restaurants outside. There's a skywalk that connects to the shopping center(basically contains art stores) next door that also has an ATM on the outside the complex. Staff at the hotel was very accomodating.
