This Inn totally met my needs/expectations. In downtown San Francisco, things are tight and compact, so this was no suprise. I chose this site because they advertised free parking, and I was even able to park my car in a covered area. The staff at the front desk were polite and helpful. Check-in and check-outs were easy. The room was clean and there was a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker for our use. The site was close where we needed to be and we felt safe walking from the venue back to the hotel. An added bonus was the Buffalo Wing/Burger shack attatched to the hotel! All-in-all, a good experience. Thank you.

We stayed two nights. The main reasons for choosing this hotel were the location and on premises parking. There are several good restaurants within a couple of blocks just south of the hotel. The parking lot fills up early and is not large enough for all the guests, so return early and find a spot. We were surprised to find a jetted tub in our bathroom and the bathroom was relatively large. The room was clean and included a microwave and refrigerator. The free wireless internet connection did not always work.

The hotel was what you would expect for the price but a little bit better. It was conveniently located. The price was very fair. The rooms looked and smelled clean. And the service was friendly. There is a hamburger joint (and i mean joint) attached to the hotel and while we did not eat there, it smelled darn good! I appreciated that there was free parking, a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. Only one downfall for us, my husband had a very important test to take in SF that Saturday morning and there was only decaf coffee in the room. He did not realize he made decaf; I waited to tell him until well after he took the test. We hope he did not miss any questions due to lack of caffeine!!

The hotel was pretty old but the management appeared to be making a best effort to keep it up. Overall I would rate it adequate. That said, the location is ideal. If you're looking for a no-frills place to stay in downtown San Francisco, the Days Inn Civic Center works. Careful with your credit card though, they charged me again for the room even though I told them at check-in it had been pre-paid through online travel website . I'm still trying to get that sorted out...
