The hotel lounge was full of children and understaffed. The hotel had value of *$, not the *$ The rooms that face the pool (1/2) are very loud. The pool was full of screaming children until 10:00 at night. i st down to be severed in the lounge and was no acknowledged. I had to to the dinning room for service.

The room was pricey for what you received. I had to fix the toilet the first night we were there. I paid extra for a mountain view and got a view of rooms and a parking lot. The room was small. We stayed at a different hotel in Edmonton for half the price and the room was twice as large.

Room was nicely decorated and very relaxing. The bed could have been more comfortable though. Our room had an inside window by the pool, which got to be quite loud sometimes. I would ask for an outside room next time.
