  Front desk people was not friendly at all told us that by reserving a room thru the web such as travel website that we had no guarantee to a room ...

  Front desk people was not friendly at all told us that by reserving a room thru the web such as travel website that we had no guarantee to a room that at times people were left with out a room cause they go by their own hotel bookings not by the web, our room was not cleaned during our stay we were not given fresh towels, bath tub was not draining it was clogged took about 45min to an hr.to drain after your shower, toilet ran thru our intire stay, bathroom floor felt wet and damp not good won't be staying there any time soon.

• WORST HOTEL IN SCOTTSBLUFF

  Not enough privacy!!! hotel staff would walk by every hour when sitting outside room!!!!! the beds were broken!!!!! behind the ice machines was mold growing!!!!!!!!! the t.v. was broken ...

  NOT ENOUGH PRIVACY!!! HOTEL STAFF WOULD WALK BY EVERY HOUR WHEN SITTING OUTSIDE ROOM!!!!! THE BEDS WERE BROKEN!!!!! BEHIND THE ICE MACHINES WAS MOLD GROWING!!!!!!!!! THE T.V. WAS BROKEN AND SO WAS THE SHOWERS. POOL WAS NOT HEATED. THERE WERE ALSO LITTLE KIDS RUNNING AND SCREAMING AROUND EVERYWHERE DURING THE NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I was not on vacation, rather a trip to visit an ailing relative. I was informed that there was a shuttle service to/from the airport, and that there was a restaraunt in the hotel. I needed these things to be able to ""function"" while there. I ended up having to rent a car and depend on a stranger for a ride to the airport. disappointed with the place
