Unfortunately the property is a dump - Needs LOTS of maintenance - New Paint everywhere - New decks, Dead Plants (And I mean DEAD) Hanging everywhere - Rooms need total updating the Spa is nasty and the Pool itself is nasty in appearance. If you want to have a towel that is comfy for your morning shower, bring one from home - the Towels provided here are like sandpaper - frayed, old and just awful. The doot knob was all but hanging off or door! What a shame - with some sprucing up this property could really be a gem- It appears that at one time it might have been grand - Beautifull wooden flower bed gardens that are all over grown with weeds. House keeping is slow and the front desk staff very un-attentive - what a shame - We're world travelers, first trip to Acadia (BEAUTIFUL) - LAST trip to this dingy dump. If I had to pick a positive - We never ran out of hot water for the shower - that was it

We drove up to this property, and the exterior maintenance was shocking. Nothing had been painted, lawn had not been mowed, pool was absolutely nasty. We looked at one king room, way way overpriced, and the bed was a good six inches lower on one side. Don't waste your time looking at this property.
