It is a nice, clean and well maintained hotel. We stayed 10 days to see area. Though charging 10$ per day for interent is silly, Motel 6 has free wi fi, charging is a ripp off. The hotel computers in the lobby, some did not work at all, could not print out boarding passes, something wrong with part of them everyday. There was some mix up in our reservation and our son had to sleep on the floor the first night and we lost most of our first day in town to packing up and moving rooms again. In the end with me being polite but determined to get the room we requested worked out. They were very pleasent and helpful. Surprised after reading other comments. It is ok, the beds are not great by any strech, ours felt like the mattress was at the END of it's life. We do wish we had stayed at a Hampton Inn, no breakfast and only room coffee which is just so so. Nice microwave and fridge. BUS LOADS OF people coming and going every night and morning. There needs to be some serious rules about the kids running up and down the halls, screaming, hopping elevators. I asked if they always had this many bus loads coming through every night and I was told yes. So be aware. It is a long way to the Metro, we had a rental car and do not think the hotel shuttle would work for more than one or two drop offs. All and all it was ok, we just thought it would be nicer as it is a Sheraton, better than a Motel 6, not as good as a Hampton Inn. Pool closes way too early at 8 pm

I stayed here for 3 days while visiting Washington. I came to visit someone in the area, but I still wanted to see the city. This hotel is far from the city, at least a half an hour - 45 minutes on the metro, and their shuttle service stops at 9:30. After that you have to take a $20 cab ride to the hotel from the metro station. I found the information online misleading, and was not expecting having to pay so much in transportation costs. I also found the staff to be rude, as if they were disinterested in helping me and acted as if I were bothering them. The shuttle service to the airport was unavailable, which is $29, not $16, so I had to take a cab to the Reagan airport, which was $50. In addition I got attitude from the front desk of the hotel telling me that I should have planned my trip better. Other than the staff and the location, the hotel was really nice. It was clean and comfortable

Room is nice with 32"" LCD TV. The bed is comfortable; bathroom is ok. No free internet. They charge ~10$ even if you want to connect your laptop in the lobby, which is quite unusual for a good hotel.

My hotel stay was great. The entire hotel, the rooms and the other facilities were very clean. Various stores, fast food restaurants and the movies were are in walking distance from the hotel. The hotel staff were excellent. I did not bring my car, but the hotel does provide shuttle services. I suggest to any visitors to make sure they have their own transportation. Other than that, this hotel is a great place to stay.

As a frequent traveler I expect some cooperation from the hotel staff. This hotel is misrepresenting its services by leaps and bounds. I was very disappointed with the service, cleanliness, dining, and most of all with the front desk personnel and shuttle service. Do not expect any service from this hotel. The shuttle requires a reservation in advance but you still may have to call a cab to go anywhere!!!! We called for the shuttle on several occasions and were told that it was not available when the driver and the van were right outside. Very poor staff and very poor service. I will never stay at a sheraton hotel anywhere again!!
