Dark, Dingy, Dumpy! To say this place is dated is an understatement. The beds are old, the towels are old, the fixtures are old. The complimentary breakfast was a small pre-packaged bowl of cold cereal, a pitcher of % milk, watery coffee and mini-muffins served in a corner of the front desk with no where to sit. Super 8 would have been just as good for less the cost.

The Helena Shiloh Inn was a great disappointment. The Shiloh Inn is usually a good choice for a reasonably priced place to stay. This particular one seemed to be poorly managed. It was seedy and rundown. Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke. When I sat down on the mattress, it flipped up on the other side. The bathroom door was left propped open with a trash can and when I went to bed late at night I discovered that the alarm clock had been unplugged and the time needed to be reset. The side door we used to reach out room from the parking lot had a strong smell of rotten garbage that was quite offensive. The whole place had an air of a lack of care.

Wasn't real fancy but was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Nice breakfast in the morning. We arrived in town at 9:30 am and they allowed us to check in. Well worth the money. Will stay again on our next visit.

When I looked into this hotel, I couldn't believe it. The accomadations in comparison to the price just didn't seem possible! The location is convenient and easily found. The service was great and friendly. The room was great and more importantly clean! The pool was clean. The water was hot. The motel was quiet. The continental breakfast was coffee, juice, and muffins. Our family enjoyed our stay and will use this facility again and again. You won't find a better value!
