When I come to Klamath Falls for the Winter Wing Festival I always stay at the Shilo Inn. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The hotel is always clean. The rooms are large, nicely decorated and pleasant places to relax. It is relatively quiet. The only disturbance I experienced was from the room above me. Folks were walking rather heavily at a late hour. This hotel is very convenient to Oregon Institute of Technology. When I stay at the Shilo I don't have to worry about driving through town in snow to attend the events there. Negative comments: it is a little overheated, and the sports bar is noisy. I avoid it. The restaurant is OK. It was almost deserted when I ate there. The view from the windows along the stairway is beautiful. The breakfast is quite good. When I have time I like to have waffles.

My fiance and I have stayed in this hotel twice, and each time it has been great. Not only does it boast a pool and a jacuzzi, but it also has a steam room AND a sauna. The rooms are very large and the staff is friendly. Highly recommended! Anytime we are back in Klamath Falls, we'll be staying at the Shilo.

We stayed there for one night on July 17th. Let me just say thata this was most likely the best hotel experience I have had in a long long time! From talking to Michelle on the 1-800 number to the hotel desk clerk....everything was totally great! YES!!! I would stay there again in a second! The kids loved the pool, the rooms were spacious and they even got us adjoining rooms like we asked! TThe continental breakfast in the morning had plenty to offer...waffles, 1o different kinds of dry cereal, bagels, nuffins yogurt danishes,,,,and more! If you are are trying to decide if you want to book this hotel....look no further....do it...you will be happy with your decision....I was!!
