The rooms at this hotel look like dorm rooms or prison cells. They only way you can stay here is if you get a room with a view to add some blue sky. The prison rooms are the worst accomadations I have ever seen and I have traveled to third world countries. This is a bar and celebrities have gone there but I can't imagine any have been drunk enough to actually stay there.

This was the worst hotel I've stayed in. Upon checking in the rooms looked like dorm rooms, not appealing at all. Pictures look great on website. Despite the disappointment of the room, it was very small. When opening the window to my surprise the view was A/C or Heating System. After one shower the water was cold! Stayed 1 night only because it was prepaid, we checked out to stay @ S. Beach Marriott which was great!

Without getting into a ton of detail this may just be the most overpriced overated hotel in the country. The hotel tries to fool you with a quotmodernisticquot look which simply is a ploy to cover up the owners not wanting to spend money. The rooms are cold unappealing and quite frankly quotpsychiatric hospitalquot like. The hipster service is rude and downright awful. My wife and I will never stay here again.

vasty over rated, i have stayed in a lot of these so called chic hotels and dont mind paying the extra, the Sanderson in London for example is very similar but lives up to its reputation with quality u dont mind paying for, this was a very poor effort with terrible staff ! ! dont do it DONT !

Having stayed at numerous hotels on the South Beach strip, I expected this to be as nice if not one of the better hotels for the money spent. Unfortunatly, I spent three days in a cement box that had no personality..grey floors and white walls. No color ANYWHERE. I can appreciate the "modern twist", but when your room consists of a bed, chair and desk...literally.....I have a problem. The hotel room didnt even come with a coffee pot?? The noise level was even worse. South Beach is all about the party, but dont think your walls and door cover the sound and you are going to sleep. I thought I had a DJ in my room at one point it was so loud. I did not utilize the pool during the day b/c it looked like a rap video at best....packed @ 11am with people drinking botlles of vodka. However, to get a drink there at night was nice. Beautiful gardens. Staff at the hotel had much to be desired.....I will never go back...never again. Not worth the money AT ALLLLLLLLLLL.
