My husband and I recently stayed at the Quality Inn. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was great, having several hot items. For the rate we paid at this hotel we got a great deal! Definitely worth your money! Staff was amazing, truly a hotel well run!

The hotel was the best part of the trip. We stayed at this Quality Inn for a wedding in the area in December/January of 2011. They allowed us to have early check-in (2 hours early) so that we could get ready for the early afternoon wedding. Every staff member, maid, and even the maintenance worker greeted us and spoke warmly. All the little extras made a difference. I requested a room away from the freeway and away from any families with kids. We were given a room on the 2nd floor, as far from the freeway as you could get. The bedroom furnishings were brand new and not overdone. There were comfortable reading chairs, a good working desk and a great bed. My favorite part was that the sink was outside the bathroom area (instead of being inside the shower area as it is in some hotels). Free Breakfast Buffet, and very tidy clean place!

The staff was very nice and were on top of everything that was needed during my stay. The rooms were nicely cleaned and kept. When walking to my room, housekeeping was very nice which you dont see very often in hotels. I really enjoyed my stayed at this location and if I ever need to do business again in Brunswick/Cleveland area, I will be using this Quality Inn again, one of the best looking Quality Inn, I travel 270 Days of year and stay at Choice Hotels if possible, and this is the best yet.

We were in Brunswick for a Soccer Tournament and needed a room for one night. This hotel was in a very convenient location and easy to find. The room was very comfortable. Everything was as we expected which is what I value! The breakfast was perfect, Staff was great, Great Clean place. One of the Best Quality Inn We have Stayed at!!!
